Makes a lot of sense to me. When I was losing the 100 lbs. 25 years ago I was constantly on the scales. The number on there set my mood for the day. Finally, after a couple of months it occured to me to only weigh once a week. I was much happier and the weight came off faster. So whatever works best for you, I guess. I do know we weigh about 3 lbs. more in the evening, ask me how I know. Marge

Congratulations for discovering this site! I am the exact person she described…increased exercise, proper diet, and very little weight loss! But, as I wrote in my blog last week, I have lost inches in certain areas of my body.

Good luck in your weight loss goals!

Thanks for the link. It was a good read. I tried to weigh only once a week but I couldn’t stand the suspense. So I just kind of made a deal with myself to do it daily but I was to stay on plan no matter. And it has worked for me. But a few years back it wasn’t like that. The scale would bring me down too. So I guess it just depends on the person. The scale and I are on friendly terms now. lol. Have a great night.
